Yes. The signing page lets the worker dispute instead of signing, and the dispute is kept in the audit trail.
Can I use Afrikaans, Setswana, isiZulu or isiXhosa?
Yes. Worker-facing signing, WhatsApp messages and PDFs support English, Afrikaans, Setswana, isiZulu and isiXhosa.
Does WhatsApp sending require connection?
Yes. WorkerPay connects one branded platform WhatsApp account from the master admin console. Households can view status and send permitted confirmations without managing their own Baileys session.
